Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCP110 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,429 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCP110-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole assembly, Centriole replication, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with CCP110 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCP110-to-partner and partner-to-CCP110 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Centriole assembly grouped by CCP110-low versus CCP110-high in OESOPHAGUS.
