CCNYL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNYL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,033 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNYL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4HP1, RAB1C, and HNRNPKP4. Each is linked with CCNYL5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNYL5-to-partner and partner-to-CCNYL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNYL5 versus EIF4HP1 in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNYL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNYL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
