Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNYL4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNYL4 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CCNYL4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNYL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC are the cancer types where CCNYL4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
