The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CCNYL4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNYL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where CCNYL4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
