Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNYL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,057 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNYL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with CCNYL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNYL3-to-partner and partner-to-CCNYL3 results are reported.
