CCNY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNY-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-25, KRT8P19, and GTF3AP2. Each is linked with CCNY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNY-to-partner and partner-to-CCNY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-25 grouped by CCNY-low versus CCNY-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNY→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
