Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNT2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNT2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CCNT2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CCNT2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
