CCNT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,904 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, TRIM28, and POGK. Each is linked with CCNT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNT2 versus WRNIP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
