Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,862 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, TNFSF13B, and IL21R. Each is linked with CCNT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNT2 versus CYTH4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
