Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,742 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, MFSD12, and TCOF1. Each is linked with CCNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by CCNT2-low versus CCNT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
