Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,705 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with CCNT2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNT2 results are reported.
