Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HDML, BANF2, and CST9. Each is linked with CCNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HDML grouped by CCNT2-low versus CCNT2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
