Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher CCNP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where CCNP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
