Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNJL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNJL data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCNJL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNJL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, STAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where CCNJL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
