CCNJL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNJL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,374 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNJL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1B, IKBIP, and PPP1R18_S224. Each is linked with CCNJL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNJL-to-partner and partner-to-CCNJL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNJL versus MYO1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNJL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNJL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
