CCNH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNH-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, CPSF7, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with CCNH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNH-to-partner and partner-to-CCNH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by CCNH-low versus CCNH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
