CCNG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,858 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ENOPH1, CASP6, and CEP170. Each is linked with CCNG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNG2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNG2 versus ENOPH1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
