Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDDM3B, RNU6-580P, and RNVU1-18. Each is linked with CCNG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNG2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EDDM3B grouped by CCNG2-low versus CCNG2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
