The most reproducible CCNG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, Caspase-8, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with CCNG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNG2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNG2 results are reported.
