CCNG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,554 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRFIP1, DDB2_S26, and FBXO22. Each is linked with CCNG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNG1 versus LRRFIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
