CCNG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, DDX52, and MYO19. Each is linked with CCNG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by CCNG1-low versus CCNG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
