CCNDBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNDBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNDBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SC4MOP, TRAJ43, and RPS29P31. Each is linked with CCNDBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNDBP1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNDBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SC4MOP grouped by CCNDBP1-low versus CCNDBP1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNDBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNDBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
