Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCND3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,936 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCND3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Cardiolipin biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CCND3P1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND3P1-to-partner and partner-to-CCND3P1 results are reported.
