Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCND2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCND2P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CCND2P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCND2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and ESCA show a favorable association.

OV, BLCA, and CHOL are the cancer types where CCND2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
