Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCND2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CCND2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND2-to-partner and partner-to-CCND2 results are reported.
