The most reproducible CCND2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to axon injury, Olefinic compound metabolic process, and RNA polymerase I preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with CCND2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND2-to-partner and partner-to-CCND2 results are reported.
