CCND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,397 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTO1, CDKN2AIPNL, and ANO1. Each is linked with CCND1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND1-to-partner and partner-to-CCND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCND1 versus LTO1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
