CCND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,803 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIA1, FADD, and PDIA5. Each is linked with CCND1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND1-to-partner and partner-to-CCND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCND1 versus PPFIA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
