CCND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2 and OR1E3. Each is linked with CCND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND1-to-partner and partner-to-CCND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN2 grouped by CCND1-low versus CCND1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
