CCNC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFKP1, RNA5SP182, and RNU6-1149P. Each is linked with CCNC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNC-to-partner and partner-to-CCNC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFKP1 grouped by CCNC-low versus CCNC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
