Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNB2 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CCNB2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CCNB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
