Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CCNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNB2 results are reported.
