CCNB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,847 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNA2, KIF20A, and PRC1. Each is linked with CCNB2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 versus CCNA2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
