Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,001 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear division, Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Regulation of mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with CCNB2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNB2 results are reported.
