The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CCNB1IP1P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNB1IP1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC show a favorable association.
LIHC, COAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where CCNB1IP1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
