Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CCNB1IP1P2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CCNB1IP1P2 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CCNB1IP1P2 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, CCNB1IP1P2 RNA expression shows 8,419 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Together, these results highlight UCEC, THCA, and CESC as cancer lineages where CCNB1IP1P2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
