Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNB1IP1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,446 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNB1IP1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, RNA 3'-end processing, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with CCNB1IP1P1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNB1IP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNB1IP1P1 results are reported.
