Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNA2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNA2 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher CCNA2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where CCNA2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
