Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CCNA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA2 results are reported.
