Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNA1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CCNA1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUSC show a favorable association.
ESCA, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where CCNA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
