CCN6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,092 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule deacylation, Obsolete regulation of dosage compensation by inactivation of X chromosome, and Protein localization to nucleoplasm. Each is linked with CCN6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN6-to-partner and partner-to-CCN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macromolecule deacylation grouped by CCN6-low versus CCN6-high in UVM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
