CCN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49D1, ZNF256, and TAF6L. Each is linked with CCN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN6-to-partner and partner-to-CCN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM49D1 grouped by CCN6-low versus CCN6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
