Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, C-Raf, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CCN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN6-to-partner and partner-to-CCN6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by CCN6-low versus CCN6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
