CCN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Claudin-7, Gab2, and Ku80. Each is linked with CCN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN4-to-partner and partner-to-CCN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Claudin-7 grouped by CCN4-low versus CCN4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
