CCN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,063 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL_S795, PDLIM7, and BGN. Each is linked with CCN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN2-to-partner and partner-to-CCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCN2 versus VCL_S795 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
