Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,828 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, COL5A1, and TAGLN. Each is linked with CCN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN2-to-partner and partner-to-CCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCN2 versus MYL9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
