Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,689 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization. Each is linked with CCN2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN2-to-partner and partner-to-CCN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of focal adhesion assembly grouped by CCN2-low versus CCN2-high in BONE.
