Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCN1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CCN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where CCN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
