CCM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,550 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIMK1, DBNL, and SIPA1. Each is linked with CCM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCM2-to-partner and partner-to-CCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCM2 versus LIMK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
