CCM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL369P, IGF2, and LGALS9. Each is linked with CCM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCM2-to-partner and partner-to-CCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL369P grouped by CCM2-low versus CCM2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
