CCM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCM2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tcm, CD8+ naive T-cells, and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with CCM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCM2-to-partner and partner-to-CCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ Tcm grouped by CCM2-low versus CCM2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
